Yes! You will get a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as the parcel as been scanned into their processing facility.
You can pick up your orders at our Collingwood Brewery & Beer Hall - 100 Gipps St, Collingwood (entrance on Islington St). Simply chat to our staff at the bar and they will retrieve your order.
We are happy to exchange merchandise if you’ve ordered the wrong item or size (subject to availability). We don’t offer exchanges on beer unless you’ve received faulty stock or your order has been damaged in transit. Please email shop@stompingground.beer for enquiries.
As we usually ship all orders by midday the following day, if you would like to adjust your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can amend this before it goes out!
